Our Honest Review Of Our Experience With Xzilerating Connexions
Xzilerating Connexions bid for a project we posted on Elance in February 2010 and unfortunately we chose them to carryout our USA based telesales calls and to represent our company – what a mistake!
They were extremely well briefed as to the job, which was simply to contact leads we have given them and to recruit companies into our Website affiliate program that was free to join. This was not the initial project but after several failed attempts at actually selling our product to the end user we decided to could be the best way to make use of our prepaid calling hours.
The other company we used to make calls in the UK, were at the time successful in selling the product, so we knew it was possible. The owner, Nelson Davis kept telling us that they wouldn’t charge us for the hours they used to try to sell the product, however, when asked for the call recordings we were originally promised would be available, there was conveniently was a problem with the recording system!
We distinctly asked them not to just read from a script when calling as it always sounds so false, clearly they ignored us completely and we also did not need a persons address to be gained from the call either, another instruction they ignored.
We eventually managed to get a couple of recordings of their attempt to recruit affiliates for us and you can listen to them here:

Naturally when we heard these we freaked out and realised why now, nobody would buy anything from a caller who sounded this bad!
Having made just 11 hours of calling of our alloted 160 hours at $28 per hour we decided there was NO WAY we could allow these guys to continue acting on behalf our of company and that this would undoubtedly be money down the drain so we asked for a refund on the remaining hours……….THEY REFUSED point blank!
For this reason, I cannot recommend that any business owner who values their company image uses Xzilerating Connexions in Jacksonville, North Carolina. There are other negative reviews appearing on Elance of those unfortunate enough to have used their services too:

Like post people we really don’t like it when companies effectively legally rip you off my taking your money, then giving you a terrible service with no offer of a refund and that is why this review is here to protect others from the same fate.
